Il s’agit d’une assembl\u00e9e coll\u00e9giale: <\/em>cela veut dire un espace o\u00f9 vous \u00eates toutes coresponsables du Vicariat. Personne ici, m\u00eame celles qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lues par une communaut\u00e9, ne repr\u00e9sente sa commu\u00adnaut\u00e9. Chaque d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e a la responsabilit\u00e9 de sentir et d’agir dans et pour <\/strong>l’ensemble du Vicariat. Je vous propose d’adopter la m\u00e9thode que le Pape a recommand\u00e9e aux participants au Synode de la Famille: \u00ab Parler clairement, en toute franchise, et \u00e9couter avec humilit\u00e9<\/em> \u00bb. Une assembl\u00e9e est coll\u00e9giale lorsque tout le monde peut s’exprimer en toute libert\u00e9…<\/p>\n

Les Orientations du Chapitre G\u00e9n\u00e9ral s’adressent \u00e0 tout l’Institut; les appels et les d\u00e9fis sont les m\u00eames pour les deux vocations. Et ce Chapitre devra discerner et d\u00e9cider comment les mettre en pratique selon votre propre vocation…<\/p>\n

OPENING OF THE VICARIATE CHAPTER – Sr Ana-Maria ALCADA<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Sr<\/a>It is a collegial assembly<\/em>: that means that it is a space where you are all co-responsible for the Vicariate. Even though you have been elected by a community, nobody here represents her community. Each delegate has the responsibility of feeling and acting in<\/strong> and for <\/strong>the Vicariate as a whole. I suggest that you adopt the method which the Pope recommended to the participants of the Synod on the Family: \u201cSpeak clearly and frankly and listen with humility.\u201d \u00a0\u00a0An assembly is collegial when all present can express themselves with complete freedom.<\/p>\n

I also want to pause at this point: \u201cIt \u2026makes decisions based on the Constitutions, the orientations of the General Chapter, the life of the communities and the directives of the Church\u201d<\/em> so as to be able to put them into practice.\u00a0 This is one of the functions of the Vicariate Chapter.<\/p>\n

The Orientations of the General Chapter are for the whole Institute, and the calls and challenges are the same for both Vocations. This Chapter will have to discern how to put them into practice according to your own specific Vocation…<\/p>\n

The Contemplative Group of the Holy Family is the depository of a rich tradition nourished and sustained up to the present day by people who have given of the best of themselves in order to live it and to transmit it faithfully. You are the permanent memory of the Miraculous Benediction for the Family of\u00a0 P. B. Noailles, and \u00a0in <\/strong>\u00a0and \u00a0on behalf of <\/strong>\u00a0the Family you constantly give thanks for this gift;\u00a0 you also assure intercessory prayer for the whole Family and for the world. Es una asamblea colegial<\/em>: quiere decir, un espacio donde todas sois co-responsables por el Vicariato. Aqu\u00ed nadie, aunque haya sido elegida por una comunidad, representa a su comunidad. Cada delegada tiene la responsabilidad de sentir y actuar en<\/strong> y para<\/strong> el conjunto del Vicariato. Les propongo adoptar el m\u00e9todo que recomend\u00f3 el Papa a los participantes del S\u00ednodo de la Familia: \u201cHablar claramente, con franqueza y escuchar con humildad\u201d. Una asamblea es colegial cuando todas pueden expresarse con total libertad.<\/p>\n

Quiero detenerme tambi\u00e9n en esto: \u201c\u2026 toma decisiones a partir de las orientaciones del Cap\u00edtulo, la vida de las comunidades y las directivas de la Iglesia\u201d<\/em>\u00a0 para ponerlas en pr\u00e1ctica. Esta es una de las funciones del Cap\u00edtulo Vicarial.<\/p>\n

Las Orientaciones del Cap\u00edtulo General son para todo el Instituto y las llamadas y los desaf\u00edos son los mismos para las dos vocaciones. Este Cap\u00edtulo tendr\u00e1 que discernir y decidir c\u00f3mo llevarlas a la pr\u00e1ctica seg\u00fan vuestra vocaci\u00f3n propia…<\/p>\n
